Is it the end of "Raw and Bold" Web Series in India ?

 Do you like raw and bold web series like Mirzapur and Sacred games? If your answer is yes, we have really bad news for you. The Cabinet Secretariat issued a notification bringing all OTT platforms, news, and current affairs online platform under the jurisdiction of the I&B ministry (Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting)

There is no law or autonomous body governing digital content. in an exceedingly gazette notification issued on Wednesday and signed by President Ram Nath Kovind, online films, digital news, and current affairs content now come under the purview of the I&B Ministry headed by Prakash Javadekar.

This is extremely serious because Indian people are really tired of never-ending TV serials that lack story, sense, and insanity. This is new India and people are watching digital content more than anything. Yes, we agree that there should be some law or policy for the digital platforms too, but the censor board which has been on news for several biased decisions should not be the option.

Let's see if the OTT platforms like Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hotstar have a solid answer for this kind of backlash from the Govt. Or Is the pressure being created by the Exposed celebrities and Business tycoons whose reputation has been gone down the drain due to the freedom given to the OTT platforms.

The shows like The Indian Matchmaking, Bad Boy Billionaire, and Scam 1992 show the dark and corrupt side of this Country.
